For whatever reason, possibly due to an accident on my part, this TAS will only sync if the system audio is set to MONO. Changing this setting in-game is the very first thing the verification movie does, as Stereo should be the default option upon opening the game for the first time.
So the setting that the Verification does at the beginning of the game doesn't actually affect anything. The issue is that the Gamecube system itself has the internal audio set to Mono, this is different form the game itself being set to mono. And ironically enough, the only way to get THIS verification movie to sync is you also need to have SRAM.raw set to mono, just like with the main movie file itself. The only way to set this is by using the GC bios and changing it within the BIOS settings, which I don't reccomend personally. Instead I would reccomend replacing the SRAM.raw file located inside the User/GC folder and replace it with this: https://mega.nz/file/i9lQ2LLR#HmRBqwG-TPTCeg-Qlk9EobXo2M76avcNZYk1Fyz4mf0 This is an SRAM.raw file that sets the console audio to mono, it's the same thing I used for [4799] GC Spider-Man "Green Goblin" by Natetheman223 in 20:47.65.

I would like to make an endorsement for replacing the star for [1851] N64 The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask by MrGrunz in 1:29:32.02 in exchange for [5637] N64 The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time "All Dungeons, Temples & Ganon Trials" by homerfunky in 1:28:02.63. Both movies are still great, but I feel that the Majora’s Mask movie has suffered a bit from age, as many of the tricks and routes have been outdated for quite some time. The newest publication for Ocarina of Time is a more modern version of some of the crazier things you can do in the OoT/MM engine. Ultimately I feel this star should be used on a more modern movie.
