Well, here is what happened with the bomb method.(I have not done the latest one) I got there maybe a second faster than last time but guards appeared like last time. I am hoping this time, the guards wont :)

I did a superslide everywhere I could. I did 1 in DMT, 1 at the Town, 2 in the Field (1 for skipping owl) and 3 in the Caslte area.
This run is getting hopeless again.

Okay, so...getting to Princess Zelda is not going to work, I get inside the Castle Courtyard and find out that its still daylight with guards standing there. hmmm

Well, I just discovered a trick and named it the Super Backflip which allows Link to backflip at the same height but at a great distance. Kind of like the Superslide but there is no motion after Link lands the backflip.

So should I do Forest as a child? Or does it still stand that it freezes? Ive seen the video posted to accomplish the Forest Temple as a child.
Now...I the route should go:
See Princess Zelda and have 1 heart left after moat jump
Lon Lon Ranch to get bottle
Zora's River
Zora's Domain
Jabu *Should have 1/2 heart left after everything which makes for an easy die/savewarp
BTW, can anyone view the run fully? From frame 0 to the end of dodongo?

So, does anyone know if you can superslide from a set of stairs? Cause you cant superslide down them? Also, explain how to skip the Kakariko Owl with ground jump please. Thanks
EDIT: However, Ive done a trick before where the bomb explodes, and when I am suppose to superslide, I do a huge backflip instead. Any thoughts?

Hmm, why don't you skip the Kakariko Owl with ground jump? I think that may save the time you need.
Time does not pass during texts. Sorry, should have mentioned that. Also, I have tried to skip the owl, but no luck so far.

Wow, so close. Ive tried multiple ways to do each part of this segment. This is a good attempt to make it before sunset but not the best I'm assuming. If someone can point out where I need to do what, that would be awesome. Remember, time only passes in DMT, HF, & HC (moat area).

Okay, now we have where the bombchu's are going to be set off. Now its time to find out where the bombs are going to be set. I have 20 & picking up any would be a loss of time (if possible to not grab any). So:
1 & 2: Light the eyes in Dodongo
3, 4, 5, & 6: Get up to the block faster for the switch in Dodongo
7: Blow up boulder in Zora's River
8, 9, 10, 11, 12, & 13: To get past King Zora
I cant think any further right now. 7 bombs is left with 2 bombchus. I can superslide off probably 3 without worry of running out. If I missed something, post up.

mwl, i didnt go to (3) on your route, I did a jump from a bombchu to bomb/flower explosion. So
1. After Lost Woods
2. Boulder at Entrance
3. Entrance to Dodongo's Cavern
4. Stored Ground Jump off bomb/flower
5. The Staircase of bomb/flower
6, 7, & 8. To get bomb bag
9. To cross the moat
10. Valley of Doom

Best place to do this would be the skull head in the bridge room on the 1st pass. If he hits me, 1/2 a heart will be gone. As for the ring of rocks, let me see what I can do.
