Yes I am attempting to run on the same Dolphin version. As for the configurations, I'll check that when I get home.

I'm running from ISO and don't use an SD Card. The box where the game would appear stays black, then a few seconds later, that message pops up :/

Hi there. I recently downloaded Dolphin 4.0-8965, and whenever I try to play a .dtm file I get this error https://gyazo.com/b808b1b20127f147e64e1b3ee911e1f4 Of all my Dolphin revision, this one is easier for me to go frame-by-frame. Should I get a different Dolphin revision, and if so, will it work/can I continue on that version? Thanks in advance!

Did you install the 64-bit version of this? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145
Yep, tried that, still didn't work. If it did, I would be TASing on a 4.0-xxxx Dev Build.

Hey, I'm trying to open the .dtm files from File Explorer (with Dolphin set to open it automatically. I'm using 4.0.2 because it's the latest stable release. The development releases require VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP40.dll or something, and although I installed the right program, it doesn't register it's there :(

Hey, so I'm having some trouble running my recorded .dtm files with Dolphin. Whenever I try to open my 1.dtm file (a TAS test recording of the 007 AUF menus) I get an error. However, when I sent it to my friend, he can play the file fine (I presume the desync was an error on my end, not with the file itself).
