Hulk Ultimate destruction is an awesome adventure games that has needs a TAS. I'm considering TASing this game in a distant future... But it will need some planing before. Here is the list of the movie that can be acquired and also their price accoriding to this Chapter 1 Steelfist: acquired at the start of the game Chapter 2 Dashing straight: 4,000 SP Air recovery: 2,000 SP Running Grab: 6,000 SP Ground smash:9,000 SP Backhand:500 SP Punt Kick:3,000 SP Sonic Clap: 2,000 SP Air stomp: 10,000 SP Smash express: 5,000 SP Double fist toss: 7,000 SP Critical atomic slam: 25,000 SP Chapter 3: Slam kick: 6,000 SP Shield: 20,000 SP Shockwave smash: 15,000 SP Air Dash: 12,000 SP Dashing Sonic clap: 5,000 SP Tornado Uppercut:12,000 SP Tornado Frenzy: 20,000 SP Rapid punch burst: 8,000 SP Critical thunder clap: 50,000 SP Power surge level 1: 25,000 SP Club Smash: 5,000 SP Rising Upper: 8,000 SP Air Ground Slam: 12,000 SP Air sonic clap: 9,000 SP Missile punch back: 20,000 SP Headbutt: 10,000 SP Air critical atomic slam: 50,000 SP Chapter 4: Air enemy grapple: 20,000 SP SPear Impale: 8,000 SP Dashing Uppercut: 15,000 SP Bowling: 15,000 SP Cyclone skyjack: ????(The faq linked before doesn't list the price) Dashing ground slam: 8,000 SP Quamma Quake: 15,000 SP Elbow drop: 15,000 SP Floor Kick: 5,000 SP Critical mass surge 1: 25,000 SP Shield grind:(??) Super air strike: 35,000 SP Shield grind kick: 10,000 SP Hitchhike: 20,000 SP Missile cath:35,000 SP Super air dash: 25,000 SP Shockwave repeater: 60,000 SP Chapter 5 Air Critical Thunder Clap : 40,000 SP Hammer Toss : 35,000 SP Missle Pack Weaponize : 40,000 SP Ball and Chain : 30,000 SP Air Spike : 12,000 SP Target Kick 15,000 SP Gamma Rider - 55,000 SP Critical Pain 75,000 SP Power surge level: 50,000 SP Double air dash: 60,000 sp Running club ram: 15,000 SP Gamma bomb: 80,000 SP Chapter 6 Air Cannonball: 100,000 SP Critical mass surge level 2: 80,000 SP Chapter 7: Super Shockwave Smash - 100,000 SP Double Super Air Dash - 150,000 SP Power Surge Level 3 - 120,000 SP Chapter 8: Savage Banner - 1,000,000 SP First of all, the savage Banner thing, is avaible after we complete the game, so, no need to buy this. I know there is moves that is mandatory to buy before moving on the next mission. But I don't know which one is. I will need to check this. I'm considering buying the Elbow drop(powerful and entertaining to watch),Headbutt(Fast and deadly, but to only one opponent),missile punchback and running grab. Surely other moves will be bought too, but these one is the first in my mind.

I vote for Swordless link because of his movie: [2020] N64 The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time "All Dungeons, Temples & Ganon Trials" by SwordlessLink in 2:04:45.22 With this movie, a important(I guess) change is made in the rules.

Just because there's an innovation award doesn't mean that it must be awarded each year, no matter what. If some year there are no feasible candidates then it can simply be not awarded that year. However, I think it should still exist to be given to those who do something special or unique, alongside the other awards. Just take nominations (with arguments why it's innovative). Even if there's just one nomination that deserves the award, give it to that one.
Sorry by being late, but I agree with Warp. I think It should be awarded when something reallly stood out of the ordinary. If nothing stod out of the ordinary, nothing is awarded. One time there was the multi games with one input(4 megaman games), one time the memory curruption(pokemon yellow), one time it was familly feud playaround. All of these were new at the time and were awarded. The new pokemon yellow movie is really new compared to others movies. It is the very first movie to actually program something(if I understood correctly. Nothing like that was done before.

I have a question. What about character choice as another category? For example, in Mario Bros. 2, the fastest game uses a mix of Luigi and Toad. What about the Peach only run, or Toad only? Would that have to get a moon or can it be accepted as a pure speedrun? Actually a better example would be Castlevania: Bloodlines. It's a very different run depending on which character you choose, and the times between the two characters are about the same. Do we only allow the fastest time or would both runs be allowed in the "Vault" category (assuming they did not qualify for a "Moon")?
I do think every games should have a character run, I do think it's interesting, but the characters should have noticeable difference. For example(yes a bad example, but I think it illustrates wel), Luigi in super mario world is essentially mario in green clothes. So it should not have his own run. However, on the GBA version, Luigi is different than Mario!(As I recall, he jumps higher and others things), He should have his run. An present example is the super mario bros 2 run and peach run. These kind of runs could be publicated in an other way. Something like: The pure run is the principal run, and should have somewhat a higher attention as: This is THE speedrun of the game, nothing will be faster than this. The derived runs are the runs that has something different of the pure run, for a good reason!(100%, glitchless, glitchfests, playarond) Theses runs is seen as: If you'd like some tweaks to the speedrun, looks at these runs!(As an example of what I'm thinking is the description of super mario 64, all the derived forms is there). Because it's on the description of the pure run, I think we could remove the other of the full list of game in order to have less to show.(Sorry it's not on topic, just wanted to throw this idea before I forget)(and note than my favourite runs are often the derived forms runs... anyway) For example, Super mario 64. The pure run is the 5 minutes run. The derived runs is the 70 stars run and the 120 stars run. another example is, again, super mario bros 2. The pure run uses a mix of characters. A peach run is present. But the 3 characters could have theirs runs because each of them has different characteristics:(Luigi jumps higher and is "sloppery"(He slides easily), toad jumps lower, but runs faster with an item, peach can fly and mario is the neutral character. To symmarize( Not sure if being clear), derived character could have their runs if it's noticeabily different and be showed somewhere on the site, not rejected.

I like the idea of tiers publications. I think too many runs are rejected because of lack of entertainment, but often it's rely too heavily on viewer experience. But, some questions and opinions: if we are going to accept a lot of speedruns, the pages is going to be "full". Are some modifications going to be made in order to ease the pages? How it is going to be displayed? By tier pages? By games?(an list of games names and derived runs*) I think a submission should not be already placed in a tier list before being published. Submission of a game=>voting&judging=>Decision: accepted or rejected=>if acepted, wich tier?=>If a run of the same games with sames goals exists, it's obsoleted. I think it's like playing with a character. You place characters in a tier list after a lot of study and experience(Dynasty warriors saga comes to mind, somes character were good looking, but very weak or "useless", they are classed after being tested) The tiers criteria should be focused on entertainment(not sure if the word is well writted) and technique. Is the games hard to TAS? Is the audience is wide?(RPG tends to be for a restricted audience) And others stuff.

Something like newgrounds? www.newgrounds.com They can rate the submission.(It's a really weird system, you can vote many times on the submission, one per days) Then they have a review system under the submission.(You can review only one time and once it's sent to the database, it's final. You can't modify any content. If I'm not mistaking, the rates system and the review's rates are completely separated. Perhaps it's this kind of system you were looking for? Note that i gave newgrounds as a example only

Niamek
