I'm pretty sure you could reach that flag earlier at the end of 8-7. Would you correct me if I'm wrong? Except that, I find this TAS interesting.

Just as 2011, there were so many mighty SNES TASes last year. Too sad only one can win the award.

For me, the most entertaining TAS was: [2098] Arcade Marvel vs. Capcom "playaround" by SDR in 25:37.70 There was another playaround made by SDR, but I prefer this one.

SDR for two hilarious arcade playarounds.

[1985] N64 Chameleon Twist 2 by Nahoc in 21:57.27 [2089] Wii World of Goo by STBM in 31:30.88 Besides, I agree with darkzero. Last year there was quite many N64 TASes; it's unfair to categorize them altogather as '3D consoles games'.

You don't have to feel sorry, that looks beautiful! Those videos will help people understand how outstanding the TAS is.

Hard to decide it. The game itself was bad, but the author got through it with fine techniques.

Did anyone succeed launching this game on hourglass? For me it always stops at loading screen. Maybe because I'm using Windows 7?

About the kings, thouse segments are auto scrolling and will not let the level end until they are done.
That just answered my question! Thanks for letting me know that. Then I see you're doing well.

I think this is supposed to be categorized as 'playaround', since it didn't aim for fastest time to complete the game.

Hi, I just took a look at your videos, and want to ask something. Are you going to submit this WIP? Why I'm asking this is that despite lots of shortcut with wall glitch, I can see some parts which seem improvable to me, like stomping those kings at the end of the stage.

Um, can I ask how to make a TAS completing multiple games? I always wondered this when watching those.

Dolphin also has low compatibility on Epic Mickey 2. Most of all, it was released just three weeks ago. http://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Epic_Mickey_2:_The_Power_of_Two

I'm pretty sure it's hard to make old mario game look entertaining like this TAS. I love it! Your effort put here was of great value. Edit:

Looks like nearly all SMB TASes are fully optimized now. Since I've finished this, I may try to TAS other games while making TASes of some SMB hacks.
Why don't you try Mario vs Airman?

Random idea: there used to be a part of the main page that had randomly-selected featured movies, but that was removed with the redesign even though it was a cool feature.
Huh? Featured movie box (displaying a random movie out of subset of movies) is still there (just checked).
I think he is talking about 'Popular Movies', whose space is now replaced with the 'Vault'.
