This is the one game I've been waiting to see a TAS of since I saw that TASVideos started doing Windows TASes. Definite yes vote. That was as entertaining as could be expected from a non-trinket gathering run.

I'm quite familiar with the game and I even had trouble following what was going on at times. That had to have been the most absurd run I've ever seen on this site. Easily a yes vote from me.

Waiting for the encode as well. Sounds like it'll be an easy yes vote. I'll wait until after I've seen the run to vote however.

Why would you apologize? You have every right to vote the way you think you should regardless of how everyone else has voted.

I think I'm gonna vote no on this one. There's not nearly enough differences from the SNES version run to warrant publishing both from what I can see. (At least not in a short run like this, a 100% run might turn out differently. Especially with Luigi as others have suggested) And the sound on the GBA version sounds terrible compared to the SNES version. Almost everything sounds really off plus with the colors being so bright and washed out it's just really odd feeling.

Oh, that works in such a short area? I didn't realize that.

Voting yes and I think the in-game category should be restored as well. Also a question, how do you get the super missile? I thought you had to mockball there to get past the gates?

I suppose you need to actually have played the game to truly appreciate them.
I actually found the TAS pretty entertaining and I've never gotten more than an hour or so into the game myself. You can keep up with the story well enough if you can read pretty quickly. Voted yes.

Voted no. Seems like a poor game choice to me and was quite boring. And in addition to that, unless I read wrong, the author said earlier that he could have saved more time throughout most of the game with the text boxes anyway.

It is an awesome show and everyone should watch it.
Not everyone enjoys the same things and shouldn't have to suffer through things they don't enjoy just because someone else thinks they should. I have an irl friend who is a brony so I have watched the show while hanging out with him. I wasn't impressed one way or another and have no interest in continuing to watch it.

Voting yes. It might be a bit bland looking but the hack is pretty unique (or at least was unique at the time it was made) and the TAS itself seems very well done. I found it quite entertaining and it seems obviously different from the normal SMW runs.

Nah, that's not the case. It's just that next to not collecting any mushrooms, fire flowers or feathers, the run also does not use Yoshi or goes to any switch palaces. It's just a series of restrictions to make the run interesting.
Oh okay, thanks for explaining.

Yes, any switch palace is. The run deliberately does not enter them as part of the "small only" goal.
I'm not quite sure I understand why you can't finish them as small Mario. When you finish them do you automatically get a mushroom or something?

Maybe a dumb question, but isn't the yellow switch palace reachable as small Mario?

How did you get the goal thing to appear in Castle Crush? Was that the glitch you had been using elsewhere? I think I blinked and missed something important there.

The TAS seemed too similar to the already published Mario64 no star run, there wasn't really anything that made it stand out. A 100% or any% run with no major skips would be a lot better though. From what little I saw in this TAS it looked like a reasonably interesting hack. Voting meh.

Got impatient waiting for an encode so I downloaded and watched the run. It was extremely entertaining and looked very well done. My favorite part was gliding on ropes in Kreeping Klasps. I also liked how you managed to keep Ripsaw Rage pretty entertaining for an autoscroll level, I usually end up skipping that one when watching TASes of it. Very easy yes vote from me.

I'll wait until an encode to vote but this will almost certainly be a yes vote. The Donkey Kong Country series is always entertaining to see TASed.

I'm not a fan of Sonic games but Sonic TASes are always great. (Yes vote, of course. Like I could vote anything else and keep a clear conscience.)

I'd vote but I seem to have fallen asleep during the first level and woken up in the middle of the snow world. Serious yes vote. And I like the way you finished the King K. Rool fight, very clever.

Reasonably entertaining and appears to be well played. Although I'm not familiar with this game. Voted yes. Although I think I might see one tiny improvement. (Somewhere between 8:50 and 9:00 in the first video when you enter the tower.) Instead of having everyone exit immediately and the thief have to wait for them to exit before the screen scrolls, would it save time to have them walk up far enough for the thief to start walking down on the right side before exiting that way he doesn't have to wait at all?

Voted yes, too short to not be entertaining and improves the current run. Also, I tried to play Mister Epic's encode and Flygon's encode at the same time, almost got them perfectly synced. Made it slightly more entertaining.
