I unfortunately have to point out that it's rare for runs that use anything other than the highest difficulty level to be published here, though there are exceptions.
Specifically, the rules are here: http://tasvideos.org/Guidelines.html#SelectYourDifficultyWell The most common reason to play on the easiest difficulty is if all it does is make enemies have more HP, which isn't as rare as you imply (I don't know what it does for this game).

Haven't got time to watch right now, but tempted to vote yes anyway. I don't think there's anything that could possibly make me vote no. Now can someone TAS Wind Waker please?

This is amazing! Console verified before even submitted, music glitch in Professor Oak's lab and a hilarious new way to break Pokemon gen 1 faster than ever before. This game never ceases to entertain.

For a reason unknown to us, the game does not advance to the second round but the platforms start to blink and the agent quickly gains a huge amount of points (close to 1 million for our episode time limit).' Very repetitive, but I love this kind of 'fill in the squares' gameplay, having grown up with Airxonix, and this was a brutal curbstomp, yes vote.

As long as every hostage dialogue box is visible for at least a frame, I can use youtube frame advance keys (, and .) to read it. :D

Voted No. The whole point of April Fools is that it's a way to goof off and let off some steam and fuck around. If it becomes a competition with winners and losers than it becomes too serious. Gruefood Delight exists for showcasing any particularly amazing April Fools TASes, anyway.

There's definitely a 'skill' behind speedrunning, and the way to tell is to look at 'blind' events, where the players haven't played this specific game before (mystery game tournaments, blind races, etc). People who tend to be good at picking up and getting good times in speedruns tend to be faster at learning and getting through games as well.

I love the pattern of the votes. It's a 9-10-11-12-13 straight! Clearly it was very hard to decide the winner among such great TASes that are all complex or important in some way.

I guess any% is too trivial for TASVideos. So is 'all days'. (You can start to see why there's no Harvest Moon TAS on the site yet...) Maybe 'best ending' is a good goal?

Same. Hopefully in the future! A competitor to Hourglass for PC game TASes sounds amazing.

Looks great, but the music was unnecessary.
I think use of the Minecraft TAS tools mean that there's no in-game sound to use (judging by the fact that I've never seen such a video that wasn't dubbed over with other music), so you have to put SOMETHING there. And Super Meat Boy music works as well as anything else.

Also, since it has to be asked - why v0.02 rather than (the latest, as far as I know version) v1.01?

Not speedrunning related, but I did a ton of testing, video editing and figuring out mechanics to rewrite the unofficial Advanced rulebook for Hearthstone. https://hearthstone.gamepedia.com/Advanced_rulebook Which also involves finding and documenting bugs and when they get fixed, of course! https://github.com/HearthSim/hs-bugs/issues Ever since I stopped working on that game though, the mechanics have continued to change. That's one of the annoying things of doing work on a living game as opposed to something set in stone, I suppose. I enjoyed my time with that game a lot though, and it's useful to lay the foundation for the next person in line.
