I've found yet another map of this game on a new wiki http://images.wikia.com/kidchameleon/images//7/71/Map_2400.jpg There is also http://www.opusgames.com/games/kidcam/kidcam.html by one of the beta testers, if you didn't see it already. Also, this wiki seems to be quite new. I should help out with that some time, as I'm a big fan of the game myself. Interesting also that there is a hidden skycutter in Hills of The Warrior I. Probably won't be of any use, as you would probably have to lose it on Crystal Crags or possibly Crystal Crags II. EDIT: Wiki URL http://kidchameleon.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page

Each block has a header in which the first bit determines whether the block is hidden or not.

What seemed like the best goals at the time were the maximum number of levels in the shortest time possible.
A run finnished by entering the most amount of levels would be great yes. Except it'd be a bit awkward in a few places when you'd teleport into a level just to teleport back for the sake of entering it. I think 86 is the maximum you can reach in a single run.

I think publicity is better than no publicity. You know - I started becoming interested in TAS videos when the "SMB 3 in 11 minutes"-craze was going on. The majority of people will always be idiots, but some people might actually like the videos. You can always disable comment posting on youtube.

Here is the level scheme for Kid Chameleon http://www.opusgames.com/games/kidcam/kidcam.html Unfortunately, there is no no-teleport route, and no all-flag route. There is a route which only takes the main branch, but it's not clear to someone who hasn't seen the above scheme to tell what that means. So none of that is perfect. My suggestion is to make a movie which takes the route that features most flag endings, which is 51. Notice that this means going directly through the main branch except for Stage 4 (in which, ironically, all main-branch levels are played anyway).

You'd also have to take in consideration which Knuckles' and Tails' are accessed faster and not just get all the emeralds as fast as possible - but likely split the emerald-picking up a bit.

Which is a good thing. It'd be pretty boring to watch the movie otherwise :P

Then don't watch them. :)
If you would have read my entire message, you should have seen that I suggested playing the game without any speedups.

I think they're boring to watch. Wouldn't it be much more interesting with a playaround movie without any speedups at all?
