http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/1212233732/Mendel_palace-1.fm2 I removed some useless blank frames from this TAS. Im sorry, but this run is too suboptimal. Twisted Eye's WIP above was 1002 frames ahead of you by the end of 2-1. I do realize that he chose a different stage, but its still faster and is very glaring to look at. No Vote. This is indeed a good game chose but I think a run needs to be 2-players for it to be published.

After seeing the recent submission in the workbench, I think that this game has some pretty big TAS potential. I hope someone finishes this!

I have to admit, I wasnt too entertained by this movie. However, it wasnt overly long like other games so this is good enough. Yes Vote. Also, Did anyone ever remember the show that Wendy was in? I could have sworn she was on a cartoon. >_<

I REALLY dont think that this submission needs this many encodes. Just do one and we will all be happy. ;)

Its not the best game in the world, but I had fun watching you run. Quick question. There seems to be lots of lag in the game. Have you checked on possible ways on how to reduce it?

Im a little curious as to what this trick is. Iono, Im just curious people! I hope that a new run comes along someday. No offense jaysmad, but there are some parts that could have had a little more variety. It still hold up though! >_<

Oh my. I feel sorry for missing out on these WIPs. They are the awesome. Please continue ElectroSpecter. It looks like you might even beat maTO's TAS, let alone slash_star_dash's TAS! And youre using the Sega CD version!

Guys, I have an announcement. Im going to stray away from Sonic 1 for a while. The reason is because I dont like rushing games in order to get a publication near the end of the year unless it is an easy or short game. And seeing as thow many variables are needed to be watched, I think you guys would understand how much hard work is needed to optimize everything. I will come back to this, but think of this as sort of a break from all the work I did. Heres the latest WIP if anyone wants to see it. http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/29700094/Sonic%20the%20Hedgehog%20TAS.gmv

Well, Im happy that this got improved. Seeing as how the old run needed some polishing, and this run does just that. It also looks more interesting with the bunnyhopping off rails and seemingly impossible jumps. For that, I give it a Yes Vote. Good job Randil!

Me, MUGG, and Aqfaq are now one team! Aqfaq suggested "Tastards" as a name and I think it sounds quite funny.

If someone is going to do this, then I would suggest that they use a clean version of the game since it has been reported that some versions of the game havent been downloaded properly and cause screen issues. However I suggest we wait a while before TASing this so that we dont get a lawsuit. >_<

Progress I have a small problem with the boss. I am 6 frames ahead, but when I hit Robotnick, I lose 4 frames. I look at all the positions and values, and it doesnt seem to add up.

Put me up in "signed up"! I think that this will be a fun one, as long as it isnt on PCE.
