marzojr told me to post this here since he went away atm. During one of our chats, DMTM (Mr_Sweed) showed me an improved zip for Marble Garden 1. I reTASed from that section upto the sub-boss. It saves about 20 frames which will put Marble Garden 1 comfortably under sub :30! A random ass link. Have fun. :)

There seems to be an error. This run obsoletes the other Earthbound run.

I usually consider entertainment first, and then technical. So my votes tend to sound a little strange at times. So, In the case with this run, It just felt grating for me. I liked the any% run because it didnt have much in the worry of pacing. And this doesnt mean that this movie should be rejected. Its just that I didnt have much fun with it. However, This run does improve on entertainment TAS wise. You do more interesting things during wait times, and it seems like you have better soul management. Its just that the run itself seems like it drags on and on and on, and ultimately you understand that its all to get just one soul. I have nothing wrong with you Kriole. Its just that I think this is a bad game choice.

I really dont see what all the merit for this movie is all about. It felt a little slow at times and it gets pretty repetitive to see the backtracking. I liked the speed of it but that was basically it. No Vote. Was executed very well, but that doesnt mean that it would be star worthy.

This run kicks an amazing amount of ass. I like the new tricks which helped make this run more entertaining than the previous. I also liked that you chose the hard mode. Yes Vote!

After all these revisions, I think that this game finally got the run that it deserves. Only the last world was new to me, but this is an awesome run. Yes Vote. I especially like the bosses.

Those tricks are going to be used in the 'non-existent' 100% run which will never be made.

Voting no, because it does not beat the current record. Nice hack though.

Im going to have to vote no on this too. It just needs to be more optimized. Also, there are some serious problems with the submission text. The game is called "Bubble Bobble Part 2" not "Bubble Bobble 2". Also, it is kinda pointless to lable it speedrun.

Meh, This looks like a normal RPG run that doesnt seem interesting. *a few minutes later* Wait...What the?! Who?! What?! WHAT IS GOING ON?! Yes Vote. That has to be the greatest corpse ever to defeat evil.

Marble Act 1 done! I was only able to tie the previous run. The zip is really hard to do! Other than that, I think this stage is maxed to its end now. So onto Act 2!

Allow me to express my thoughts with an IRC quote: [23:00] <Sonikkustar> adelikat, I can summarize the movie in a few words. [23:01] <Sonikkustar> "walking, spazzy flying, more walking, the end" No Vote. Its just too boring for me.

This was nice. It showed some tricks that made it seem tool-assised which made it enjoyable. Yes Vote.

Im sorry, but Ill have to vote no on this one. Although the RNG manipulation was amazing, Its basically just "go to guy, then win a match against him, then next guy". Nothing really stand out from the run itself and just constantly winning matches isnt entertaining if you know that youre going to win them. And since there is so many of them in the game, It makes me feel empty that this run doesnt show all of this game's poteintal. I know that im in the minority of people who havent played this game before, but this run really doesnt stand out to me other than the fact that it is a Pokemon game.

This was nice. The walking bits werent entertaining, but the glitching made up for it. Yes Vote. BTW, for those who want to see that nicovideo video without an account, follow this link and press play at the bottom. Maybe I or some other editor could edit the submission to inlude this link.

You know, Since the game is so short, I think this game could use a 100% as well as an any%. Just saying.

Ok. It looks like the input got erased in that vbm. I get stuck on the title screen and there arent any button presses untill frame 3494. The rest after that is blank. EDIT: Wait....What just happened?! Youre at the final level?! What is going on?!

I got some stuff that might help you in these last levels. These are how many REMOs the rejected run had left in the end of the game: Lightbulb: 1 Shield: 8 Umbrella: 6 Spring: 5 Heli: 3 Bomb: 1 Hope these help in REMO usage.
