Inside the Egypt tomb & the tower in Tibet seems to be the most dull parts of the run for me. But it was fast! Yes vote My favorite part is Big Ben.

I searched and searched, but didn't find a topic for this game. This game seems pretty good paced, With the first mini boss only taking less than 4 seconds. Not a lot has been tested, but here is a test run I did. Segment of first level. I hope this gets some interest, enough for someone to do a real attempt. : )

Salutations you people. So after sgrunt's Sonic 1 run, I have been thinking about Sonic Chaos again. I see that Dega has gone through many changes since it's 1.14 release. And with the power of RAM Adresses, I'll be unbeatable! I also mentioned this to sgrunt on IRC, and he said he was kinda interested. So maybe we might do this together. The sad part is that, now with the knowledge of RAM Adresses, I'll have to restart the whole run!

So is the plan to work on the route while have others TAS the stars so that they can be spliced into the run?

I don't know much about the game. It would be nice if I had more information to use. I just want to know how much faster you are than me though. It would help as a goal for the next WIP.

Great run, although you should probably do the Arcade version next time.

Are there timing changes with this game between 1.43 and 1.51? And are they relevant?
There aren't any that I see are relevant. There is only a 1-frame difference which is quickly lost at the following screen.

Maybe I should have slept before submitting and not after TASing the whole day.

I agree with you completely Baxter. If they aren't interested, then... they aren't interested. Look at maTO as an example. He has just started submitting runs here even though he has made tons more. ( I hope you don't mind me using you as an example maTO.)

I hope a run starts soon. Maybe even under an hour with these new findings. ; )

World 1 with some World 2. There aren't that many improvements after World 1, so I wont post here again :P. You can PM me if you want to know the process of the movie but I just wanted to keep my WIP here as storage just in case a computer fails me again.

Scripts are different than frame advance & save states. Although they are fast, they are not perfect.

I am hooked! This sounds cool. I guess this is a step to having TASes of modern PC games. :P I wish you good of the luck!

In case anyone is wondering, I used the ROM "Mickey to Donald - Magical Adventure 3 (J)". I suspect this movie will be about 30-32 minutes. Anything you might want to say before I continue? New WIP. I now beat the Turkey Knight. I am now 1185 frames faster than Dark Fulgore's run because of the deaths.

Well why are you trying to continue an argument that you want to end? It makes no sense & it causes more frustration.

Well this screws me over with. I have two runs I'm making on v1.43 and they might be long. But I'll see of I can get them running on v1.51 soon.
