So, multi video track has been placed on the mirror link: (Original showcased for demonstrative purposes.) But that doesn't mean I didn't make single video tracks, cause I did: And if for whatever reason I'm not here in the future, and something happens to the encode... here's the script for the Reduced Flashing.

I'm just going to cross-post my comment from the other submission onto here as the same Donkey Kong input was used across both movies.

Hello Crushie and welcome to TASVideos. There are multiple visible issues that exist in this TAS. But before we do go through that, I'll mention the elephant in the room for you. In DKClassics the ladder glitch does not exist. However, because of that we can compare that on a surface level to a previous TAS made by Phil back in 2005 which was done on Game B and doesn't contain the ladder glitch. A more modern, comparison to DKClassics which removes the surface level comparison is this movie file I made which is faster by 490 frames. By no means what I made is perfect either. It has issues at Elevator section but it showcases what should be done, which is also outlined in other previous TASes. When crossing past ladders that you aren't climbing, a quick Up, Down saves several frames (Down, Up for when they're below you). This TAS also started out as an "all items" one before neglecting an item of Pauline's and in fairness the Original Edition TAS fills out that quota. Please take your time and use the tools available to you in FCEUX and use the userfiles. Go again when you've optimized all you can.
As for Donkey Kong Jr. there are issues that can be directed by pointing to the standalone version of it which I'm only going to point to it on the surface level instead of diving into it. Heavily recommended to watch this movie and see what the authors achieved.

Hello Darwen and welcome to TASVideos. Please make sure that your input ends appropriately. In SMB's case it's axe grab, this is just a simple fix, but doesn't validate where the input ends. The major thing is that Super Mario Bros. has been drained dry and this TAS is several seconds slower than what's Published: [1715] NES Super Mario Bros. "warps" by HappyLee in 04:57.31 As well as being unfortunately slower than that of a human runner as well. Please take your time and use the tools available to you in BizHawk and use the userfiles. Go again when you've optimized all you can Edit: This was not intended to be submitted, and instead was meant to be placed into the userfiles.

Already exists. Edit: Oh wait you're talking about the other thing. Here's a thing, don't ask about it as a demand, and ask civilly on the forums or Discord. Edit 2: Or alternatively since this is a complaint about System Time. Read the libTAS documentation, the actual thing you're using to create the TASes in the first place.

Ignoring the Atari console ports. For my memory sake. Doesn't the Invaders become progressively more aggressive as time goes on til a specific level where it becomes static or am I just misremembering?

And even if it wasn't aiming for fastest time the playaround from 2008 is more entertaining and also faster. I dislike that I'm starting to sound like a broken record but again eladogGames. Just pointing out since both of the TASers have an RTA background, so it's mainly for them. "any%" is not a category used on TASVideos it's usually represented by just being blank.

RomHack is a demo and incomplete according to its creator Stdh. Searching for the RomHack greeted me to a run by Shiro Paradox which completes it in 2:10 which I won't be linking due to piracy. This is taking your time at face value and not verifying if it contains overextended in input. For future runs please take your time and use the tools available to you in Gens and use the userfiles. Go again when you've optimized all you can, and when the RomHack isn't incomplete as said so by the creator.

> NES > Top no Bottom > NES So... did you mean DS? Like your other post? Only that instead you actually want a single screen, and no alternatives? And even though it's a bit outdated (need to fix it) the second post directly under Samsara's setup is how to get top on its own.

Ah yes, 100 egg, the technically original any% but then we busted the game a new one. Where glitches are still high, but still getting the necessary requirements to reach the Sorceress. Grabbing this when the purple boy gets accepted. Edit: Forgot this note. The previous time this category was submitted cause of issues with PSXjin and the game's DRM it was incomplete.

Try not to be Spike and have about 15 seconds of downtime that could've been used more efficiently and then do this post submission CHALLENGE IMPOSSIBLE.

Framerate should be 25 not 20. Initially made on the wrong framerate which persisted in the release after doing all the adjustments. This should fix that error on the framerate, if it doesn't... heck.

Hello squints long username and welcome to TASVideos. Be sure to truncate your movie before submitting it in the future as on first glance it's slower than an existing RTA run. Light Spike which ends on the final press being an A which reduces this time down by 3 minutes. A better spiking could be done if I checked over it. Edit: Unfortunately, besides the major issue of using the European version which costs you frames due to language selection (resyncing to the USA version would take time, the adjustment I made immediately dies in the next area) the input could be much more tighter in stages, and you should probably pay attention in the order that you kill the enemies as you can move onto the next screen faster due to it. Here's my input of just the first section for comparison which is just 85 frames faster (USA version), but it does add up over the ~25 minute TAS. You may want to have another look over at it again, and take your time, with all the tools available to you in BizHawk and use the userfiles. Go again when you've optimized all you can. And don't do full auto at the end of the first stage, and instead deliberately jump to attack the enemies jumping the vehicles.

What does Refresh do in the game?
Flash (and Ruffle) are able to retain the state of the game progression, and save the current progress. Refresh is abused to skip every single ending shown making it quicker to basically reset the game and "Load Save" in a sense.

Much like your previous submission on the site this is suboptimal. Here's my input of just the first level (again) for comparison. Please take your time and use the tools available to you in BizHawk and use the userfiles. Go again when you've optimized all you can.

That encode is a relic of the past and is using something extremely specific; yt:stretch=4:3. A tag that can no longer be used on modern YouTube videos, only older ones.

So this is roughly a 28 frame improvement over the previous (excluding emulation differences). Correction. Roughly a 30 frame improvement since you compared to yourself, not the previous publication. I'm glad that you were able to find something out of it where movement is faster than hitting the select early.

I have an update for the submission file. Hopefully this addresses the mismatch issues and it has been updated for libTAS v1.4.4 as well as ruffle 2022-11-19.

With the acceptance of these fine four TASes we don't have to go far back to find another one that's recent, meaning it's optimal. Tic Tac Oh No. #7077: FractalFusion & Spikestuff's SNES Tic-Tac-Toe "Hard Mode" in 00:11.33
