I think it was quite entertaining despite the games low general speed. But I have a few questions about possible improvements:
    1. Beginning at frame 6800 there are many lag frames coming up; would killing the enemies reduce the lag and wouldn't it be faster? I mean, the game is vulnerable for lags obviously, but it might be possible to reduce the count. 2. In Level 2 can you manipulate the gas (and other moving objects, also later in the game)? 3. Is it possible to manipulate Furrball (to go in the first box?/pipe?) or is this completely scripted? 4. It seemed to me like the third boss could be beaten in his first move he does, have you tried that? That would save a huge amount of frames.

You are ~90.31% lazy (meaning ca. 90.31% of all movie frames had no input).

They were at the start of an underground level, which started with a pit too wide for anyone there to jump across, making it a little hard to continue from that point... (It also definitely wasn't the US version of Mario 2.)
This could still be SMB2j. In Super Mario All-Stars - The Lost Levels (which is basically SMB2j) there were some additional worlds (world 9 to D). You could check 1134M to see, if I'm correct, but chances are not too bad...

Has anybody actually tried to tas Future Cop L.A.P.D.? I tried to boot it up, but i can't get it to work correctly in pcsx-rr or psxjin. When I select to play Crime War you should normally see the video explaining X1-Alpha (your Walker/Hovercraft), however this doesn't happen and it can't be skipped via [START] or [X]. Any ideas?
