You can use this to arrange parts of your run. If you want simply to continue record, find “resume record from now” in the menu or press f5 and then f8 at the place where you want to continue record from.

Я всегда мечтал о нормальном редакторе для gens, а ещё очень хотелось бы в самом gens что-то типа редактора коротких паттернов, которые можно забиндить на горячие клавиши. Сейчас пользуюсь вот этой штукой, не в обиду разработчику, конечно, но гадость… Никакой возможности подсветить тот или иной кусок, как я вижу тут… А ещё очень напрягает, что она написана на .NET. Я работаю под Linux, поэтому пришлось поизвращаться, чтобы получить возможность воспользоваться этой штукой. Сначала пробовал использовать Mono, но ничего хорошего из этой затеи не вышло. Потом попробовал поставить .NET Framework под wine, стало лучше, но всё равно не без багов. Отрисовка GUI очень медленная и кривая. В итоге пришлось ставить венду в виртуальную машину. Тасить-то хочется. По сути мне от редактора нужно немного — возможность копипаста из пробега в пробег, правки данных в кадрах, а также удаления и вставки кадров. Например, сейчас я занимаюсь пробегом игрушки Amy in Sonic 3 с двумя товарищами, но ни один из них не умеет пользоваться какими-либо VCS. Имея же такую штуку, я получаю возможность координировать группу без всяких VCS. Мне просто присылают прохождения отдельных уровней и я втыкаю их себе, следя, чтобы синхронизация не сбивалась. Ну и иногда бывает такая ситуация: ты тасишь игрушку и вдруг приближаясь к концу, обнаруживаешь возможность улучшить один из первых уровней… Короче, суть ясна, и моим пожеланием касательно данной темы будет разработка подобной штуки для gens. Хотя ещё, как вариант, можно подумать о самостоятельном (без связи с эмулятором) редакторе на каком-нибудь Qt, но это, наверное, всё-таки не будет так удобно.

I adore your SNES playaround run, it’s one of my favorite runs ever. However, I know this game only from Sega Genesis (SNES was not known almost at all in my country in 90s), so I vote yes for this run… So many nice glitches… LOL @ 19:00–19:57

Why not to set display_errors to be off? It’s the production site, I beleive it’s normal solution in this case. Also, just for your info, in my code I always filter all request variables and allow to be arrays only those of them which are supposed to be arrays.

To marzojr: Is it possible to optimize the place where the airship drops bombs? For example to appear as far right as possible at the moment when the scene loopback ends?

I do not beleive I can control 2 characters at once. I already wrote about it here. I just answerred GHNeko’s question. But I have nothing against Amy + Tails run, I would even like if someone made it (Amy and Tails… Great lovely couple ^_^ no matter what Sonic thinks of it). The abbreviation «TAS» in this case could be read as «Tails and Amy Sexrun» :3 By the way, sharing this just for your interest. Super Tails in Megamix is fast as hell! Please do not judge me for not being perfect in many places here, this was just a test run made to show how fast Tails is, but even despite that, I beat another TAS using Super Mighty by about 11 (eleven) seconds =) Maybe only Super Shadow is faster in this game. It heavilly depends on what level you play in. All three characters have speed = 3072 after full spin dash, but their behavior is completely different.
