I think this game was meant to be played in NTSC anyways. Parker Brothers and Sierra On-Line are American companies, and the most common versions of their C64 work floating around the internet are NTSC copies.
Congratulations. You broke TAS! You have simply accomplished the unthinkable that no one has bothered to achieve.
Additionally, and more importantly, you are now in my book of insane people. Perhaps I should put you on the front cover. :)
ACE - as an example, you can use sprite positions, whatever is loaded on the screen and score value and a glitch that messes with something that depends on these values to trick the game to load instructions in the ram
This TAS - incorrect bank switching caused by too many objects and data value.
Wow. No other sentence to say about this TAS itself but this:
WE HAVE REACHED INTO THE FABRIC OF TIME AND BROKEN THE UNIVERSE OF NORMAL TASES
THANK YOU FINALFIGHTER, SHIRYUU AND FRIENDS! THIS WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN DONE WITHOUT THE DISCOVERY WHILE DUPLICATING ITEMS
I GIVE A FUCKING YES, YES YES YES!
MEGA NECROBUMP, but if we ever want to TAS Minecraft, we have to go to the version before 1.3 because in versions starting from that one, any singleplayer game is SMP-dependent so that means these things:
-Latency issues in where the client isn't sent the server packets which in example, it makes instant farming of snowballs tedious
-More CPU usage because the client is getting packets, rendering, operating the integrated server and sending packets
This is unlike the past versions in which the client only renders and operates the game in it's own code. It's better if we use 1.2.5 instead.
