Yes Vote. I especially like the heavier action near the end (before floor 89).

JoshButro, are you planning on making a TAS of the X-pert Levels? I would like to see this game get finished with all that it has to offer. Making a TAS for the main part was fun, but I see that these extra levels are going to be highly difficult to optimize.

YES! Much more entertaining than the 2%, due to the new area that is used to perform ACE. Nice to finally see 0%!! Great work Sniq.

Once again, YES! To reiterate from the last version...it is simply amazing to see this game played at top speed. I remember not being able to play this game around a speed of 35 or higher..so this makes it extremely entertaining to watch. Great work!

Again, YES VOTE! I still love how people are able to make home brew games that can capture the essence of the original classic on older machines. Nice game, and nice TAS. I'm for having both categories...as deathless and any% both demonstrate unique qualities. At least with this version, you can see all of the worlds in their entirety.

Hello All, Been currently working on Krusty's Super Fun House (SNES) and decided to share my work so far. After going through Area 1, I started thinking that this game was not TAS worthy; however, Area 2 started showing me that I was wrong. Maybe some of you can share your thoughts. Here is a video that I created of areas 1, 2, and 3 Note that in Area 3, I have not added any fill-in inputs for when krusty is sitting around doing nothing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eCd9J4Y8O18 Here is some technical data that I picked up from RAM Watching: 7e002E (Bonus Timer) 7e00D3 (Related to game play, 1 when inputs are accepted, 0 when they aren't) 7e0048 (Rats remaining) 7e0056 (X Position of Krusty, relative to the map of the room he is currently in) 7e005A (Y Position of Krusty, relative to the map of the room he is currently in) 7e030C (X Speed - incremental counter before altering X Speed (pixels)) 7e030D (X Speed in pixels) 7e030E (Y Speed - incremental counter before altering Y Speed (pixels)) 7e030F (Y Speed in pixels) 7e11A4 (Health - 99 is the max, either 10 points or 15 points are subtracted for certain hits) Here is a listing of the levels visited, in game order, to know what to expect: *Note: I have tried my best to be as scientific as possible when determining the following, but rest assured that it is my way of noting the strength of this TAS. 0 Being humanly comparable in terms of Time 10 Being impossible for a human to measure up to. Great TAS! I am impressed. I didn't think 54 minutes was possible. My version 2 TAS was hoping for sub hour. I would be interested in seeing a screen by screen comparision of frames. I know some screens had lots of frames to save, and some had little if any. I really would like to see this accepted as a good improvement on the current TAS. Maybe someone could memorize this route and RTA it under an hour lol. Great job nymx. --josh

As for this, I'm sorry that 2nd disappoints so many people. Yet, it satisfies so many things that are done in RTA (but with extreme execution) and some that human can't accomplish. Some are as follows: 1. It provides a comparison to how humans approach this game. 2. For this league, is cuts almost 4 seconds, by coming in 2nd place. 3. Good 2nd place cuts are not possible for humans on certain tracks. Since Fzerocentral.org shows times that are individually track related...league records are not shown. If I remember correctly, Red Canyon I and White Land I are won at 1st place..since the margin is so much smaller that they could loose time instead of gaining.

So you have just worked 2 month on this cup, the last one will also take about that long to make then, so why don't you finish all 3 cups first before submitting?
Yes, in reality...the previous TAS took about 1 1/2 months. The 5 months was basically from the very beginning, where I kept discovering things about making it faster. It was then, after learning enough, I started to get moving towards completing the movie. With this TAS, it took more effort...yet I had a lot of experience in how to approach it more effectively. The challenges in this one were more extreme...in fact, more than I anticipated. The new items were learning how to optimally jump and get past the gravity bars, but the routing and traversing tight corners were definitely something to rework a lot over. As stated in my previous post, Nach has declared that the creation of 3 separate TASes (one for each league) is acceptable.

Thank you Challenger. At times, it was so consuming to find cuts and better routes to make this as fast as possible. In regards to the 2nd place, this meets the requirements of beating the game with the fast Real-Time effort. In the publication of my last TAS, the following was stated at the time of acceptance:
Nach wrote:
This was a nice entertaining TAS. It correctly aimed to complete the game as fast as possible, skipping bonus recognition. Just like in Super Mario Bros. fireworks are skipped, and in Super Mario Bros. 3 three of a kind stars are skipped, this skipped the first place fanfare for each level. Overall fastest speed requires some sacrifices in the earlier levels, and this TAS did exactly what TASs should do. I find making separate TASs for each of the circuits to be acceptable. I am accepting this run as an improvement to the existing incomplete one.
