SilentSlayers and I saved 2 frames over this and now have 14"46. We won't be uploading since the runs are so similar though.

Bowser in the Fire Sea. Uploading this to show that progress is still being made on the 0 Star. Shoot to the Island in the Sky by me and mickey, in 14"53. Beats old WR by Brian, by 2 frames through sheer optimization.

New WIP. 1-2 is done and we (Nahoc and I) are in the 2nd room of 1-3. If anyone wants, I can upload the .m64 of our current progress.

Sorry, but I think this run is too similar to a regular speed run. Not to say it was bad though, which is why I vote "meh".

I've been featured twice in Community Spotlight with my Mario 64 videos. Once around December for this video, and last month in July for this one. =)

Yeah sorry, I'm a bit tired. I'll say something useful to replace my retarded mistake.

The WIP has made progress. We found one more useful discovery. It should save a bit. Work is still progressing.

Just watched the encode. Loved the run all around, and for the record, I think that "minimal sword," or something similar is the best description. Yes vote from me.

To my knowledge the bug isn't fixed, and ok, I'll try to scan them when I get some free time ;)

If the bug ever does get fixed, I would be happy to post level maps. I found my old Nintendo Power BT guide, and everything is still intact.

I'm getting the gist that Brian isn't willing to help. I'm just assuming from this quote. Though it's somewhat indirect: "I'm not willing to help." Just saying. And yes, that was within 5 minutes of this post.

I say just wait it out, and if Brian changes his mind, yay for us, if not, then I say just continue the run. I'm probably not understanding what you guys are going through, but it's just what I think.
Yeah. We'll wait. And keep waiting...and waiting...until that frame is proven. Oh and Brian also mentioned something to me earlier: "Ok look. I'll be honest with you but what will you do for me?" Shortly followed by a: "Ok. Here it goes. With my speed I manage to reach the bridge on 462 but the speed is way too much so I fall off the bridge. But by reaching on 464 I managed recently to save a frame on C^ing a frame earlier." 462 and 464 are the amount of VIs it takes from the beginning punch to the bridge. That was the number I was looking for from those pictures in the description of the video.
