Oh dear, Rush Cannon made that boss fight a bit of a joke. Oh well. I guess that means the refights will be more interesting since they won't be retreading earlier ground. Keep it up!
By Hotarubi's movie All boss can use the Rush Cannon

I did not get Balloon, for the same reason I didn't get Wire. I just don't see it saving anywhere near enough time spent for collecting it.
I consider that the wire still need to Wire to facilitate vertical movement Move faster and save energy Climb a ladder to the speed is slower than walking Balloon in the Cossack stage 1 (Get convenient)

I challenged the proof of DelayFFStageClear in an IceMan stage similarly. I am using ThuderBeam and 4x drop item by IceManStage and proved that DelayFFStageClear is possible. :) We will be able to save about 1 min.
Other stage can use DelayFFStageClear? Cutman and Elecman ...... Have been identified not?

Bright Man done. Yay for fitting F-Zero X music. Also yay for Rush Cannon (although it's slower than HCR on Bright Man himself). Judging from a little bit of testing, Wire isn't as useful as I thought it'd be. There aren't many (if any) places where it's useful to save even a slight bit of time.
Why not take the wire? dust (three) => drill (wire) => other Climb the ladder quite a waste of time

True, I haven't even worked out yet what boss to do next after Skull Man. I'm thinking either Ring Man or possibly Drill Man (and collecting Wire depending on how long it takes to get it in Drill Man's stage)
skull => ring => dust (three) => drill (wire) => others Rush Cannon can instantly break the crashman Crit is very beneficial for TAS The need to facilitate adjustment of random numbers Use Lua Need to be familiar with the experts

The past few days I've been working on a run of this; in particular, Skull Man's stage, which would be the base for an any% run. (A 100% would do Dust before Skull in order to get the Skull Amulet, and I also skip Beat here). Personally I think the game could get both an any% and a 100% published. They would actually be somewhat different as far as the route goes, and there are many items that would or wouldn't be collected, side areas that would or wouldn't be visited, etc. Also, I figured out that Rush Cannon is obtained by defeating any three Robot Masters.
First decided to fight the skullman will be very slow The first choice dustman can get the Rush Cannon Stage midway boss can be resolved quickly I Don't know the difference in speed? Sliding and skull weapon (Dust) Large part of the weapons are very powerful (to boss) Order are still groping Take a long time to know the best order. Flexible use of the wire can be faster (Drill)

That looks absolutely insane. Almost every Mega Man lift I recall from any NES Mega Man game seems to be present. There's only one that I can think of off hand that I didn't see. Rush Search from post NES games? Pokémon music? WTH is this?

If you press down or up after Crash deathwarp Mega Man kind of clips half a tile to the right. You can then proceed to move right with no delay without jumping. http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/1962198460/crshfi_1.fm2 Has this been brought up earlier and/or doesn't it save any time to do?
Can you talk about the detailed process? There die before the movie? (fm2?)

I think the graphic glitch is very interesting Cancel is pity loses 7 frames are not much Most people do not know the speed of slow Will lose a very important entertainment (Most people do not like to repeat the same stage) (CD Collection) 8 stone stage: graphic glitch can be used to destroy w.burner Stone?
