I recently added this to the TODO list found at http://tasvideos.org/TODO.html (it's currently at the bottom). But I'd like to know what you all think, or any other possible additions or problems with it. Description follows:
A page could be created which is composed of an empty text box. A user would write in the name of a game they'd wish to see. After the game is entered, it gets a score of +1. All games start with a score of 0, and when a game's score gets to be above 0 it is placed on this list. After a game is on the list the user can click it to add 1 to the game's score; submitting the game into the text box also adds 1 to the game's score. This way, every user that browses the webpage has a say in what movies need to be done moreso than others. All spaces in the game name would automatically be removed after being submitted so that one game is not entered more than once. The same game cannot be voted on more than once per IP. Though games can be done in completely different fashions(1 player/2 player, etc), it is probably generally assumed that a 2 player version would be superior to a 1 player version, and needn't be included in the submission.

What about only one vote total per ip per week or so? I don't want to see someone come and enter 100 games entitled: Youguyssuck thisislame diediedie etc... Edit: Or we could just make a topic...

Then don't let the users enter game names. Just have the site staff add names to a list, and the users can only choose from games in the list. Or use the Good* utilities' names for the roms.

*raises hand* Why not go through the Big O' List topics, get ahold of all that haven't been done yet, and use that as the base? Or set up a topic for it, so people can add their two cents on what they'd like to see.
