Would a TAS made of the PC Version of Megaman X3 or X5 be accepted if I changed the music files with a custom mix? Such as replacing Axle the Red's music with something off of OC Remix?

TASing PC games isn't possible yet, as far as I'm aware. That given, modifications to the game would be treated like any other game hack, and would have to pass some fairly serious scrutiny to be accepted here; I doubt something trivial like changing the music would pass muster.

Well, now that I've given it some thought, I suppose you could try swapping the music files after someone makes a TAS of the original setup and see if it still synchs, just for your own entertainment. I think I once did that with a graphics-only hack of an NES game.
