this run is 32 second faster than current published run.
the improvement comes from less lags and using all powers.
theres nothing much to explain everything since it just only an better optimization.

Noxxa: Judging.
Noxxa: Accepting as an improvement to the published movie.
feos: Processing...

Wow, you've been very productive lately, Marx! This was pretty cool. It's nice to see the use of some other spells, especially the time-stopping one. Even if the time stop is a little repetitive in 4-1 through 5-1, the reduced lag is well worth it. I was also surprised to see how much you used the regular weapon in 6-2. My favorite change was seeing you kill the 2-2 boss in one round. That was a clever way to save your magic. I have one question, though. In the stages were you use the time-stop magic a lot, it seems that you break unnecessary powerup holders. (There's an ax in 4-1, and a weapon powerup and an ax in 4-2, that you completely skip.) Why do you take the time to break those powerup holders?
Used to be a frequent submissions commenter. My new computer has had some issues running emulators, so I've been here more sporadically. Still haven't gotten around to actually TASing yet... I was going to improve Kid Dracula for GB. It seems I was beaten to it, though, with a recent awesome run by Hetfield90 and StarvinStruthers. (http://tasvideos.org/2928M.html.) Thanks to goofydylan8 for running Gargoyle's Quest 2 because I mentioned the game! (http://tasvideos.org/2001M.html) Thanks to feos and MESHUGGAH for taking up runs of Duck Tales 2 because of my old signature! Thanks also to Samsara for finishing a Treasure Master run. From the submission comments:

It's nice to beat the current run and overall this looks good. I think there should be another pass before publishing though. Am I missing something or is not powering up to the sword early a mistake? In the final miniboss rush you use all the magic on the last griffin monster when it looks like it may have been helpful to use some magic on the others. So while this is nice I think we should hold out for another pass at this game.

taking sword upgrade is absolutely mistake . sword is however powerful but it has only use two fireball 1 thunder and 3 time stopper . spear is weakest of all but holds maximum power

The reduction of game lag in level 4-2 alone sells me on this run. As for weapon choice, Marx said it. The magic use for the sword weapon is at least twice as much as with the spear if not more. I am a bit curious about the magic use in Tower. Most of the other bosses seem to have exploitable patterns, but one in there has an irritating delay between hits. Does the griffin fly out of reach often enough to make it a slow fight otherwise? Still, the weapon choice makes sense when magic use is taken into account. Everything else comes together as an improvement. Yes vote from me.

so most of you must be curious why i use time stoper magic in last boss in his human form I use only one time stoper(i can use three times) and its enough to kill him and the reason why i don't use other magic is because last boss hide his heart where its the only way i can kill him if i do use fireball i have have to wait to until his heart open again see dragonxyk movie he use fireball all time. And don't waste the magic with thunder it drains all the magic spells(only if you're using sword)

Who knows the rules of FRAME WARS?! (looking for hands) That's basically why I voted yes.

I think you might need encoder role to use brouser uploader. http://tasvideos.org/EncoderGuidelines/TASVideosChannel.html Let's talk in IRC.
