Wouldn't it be faster to list the teams which have not yet submit any movie ?
I might as well start doing that now, in order to better keep track of things. As of now, over half of the teams have already submitted (at least once). EDIT: All teams have submitted now.

Okay, HYPE it is then! Does MMM mean that Meshuggah did your whole TAS? Because we might as well be called AAA. So, it's Meshuggah vs. Aglar? OMG? Our Anty-Lemon the amazing rookie found a game breaking glitch on the first day! :O I wonder how many others have found the glitch... This is soooooo exciting! ^__^

Hurray top 3! Congrats to team 1, impressive. I would like to thank Samsara and ars4326 for giving me the opportunity to team up with them in this contest, it was fun and I think our team was quite strong. Thanks for hosting this Mothrayas. Game choice was good and I think the length of time was right for the game length.

The big story here (to me, at least) is how team MMM has a spectacular run up to level 5, then they accidentally take the bottom route.

Gotta agree with my fellow teammate, Alyosha. The bronze medal ain't bad for a team that originally had 20:1 odds! Congrats to AAA! I was very impressed at your improved transition glitches through the vertical shafts in Stage 3 :)

3rd ain't bad, especially with the seriously heavy competition. Congrats to Aglar and Anty!

So much we never found ... Un-hiding our LUA HUD: http://tasvideos.org/userfiles/info/19095439324807403 It does not work where the invulnerability timer doesn't change the health also. I never got around to fix that since Tompa doesn't like HUDs and I thought it was good enough.

Maybe Anty-Lemon's trick has some future use: User movie #20502835493839544 It is triggered by pausing during screen transitions. It messes up the screen scrolling and allows OOB in almost every room.

I would like to point out that I did not partake in team 4's final result and would like to exclude my name from everything (I actually thought I already mentioned this to Mothrayas, but I guess I didn't). I did some preliminary testing in the beginning of the competition, but it didn't amount to anything. I would like to thank Mothrayas for organising this competition, congratulate all the teams that finished and give special congratulations to team AAA for winning. I would also like to thank and apologise to my team mates for letting me be a crummy part of the team.

Same as Brushy. I helped my team in the beginning but lost both motivation and time. I didn't drop out earlier because I hoped to come back before the end, but in the end there isn't a single frame of input from me in "our" file, so I'd like to give them the credit they deserve.
I problably made mistakes, sorry for my bad English, I'm French :v

I don't think the amount of input you have or don't have in your final file should determine whether or not you get credited. If it went purely by that, then I'd pretty much be the only one credited on my team, and that wouldn't be true in the slightest. We had a bit of an odd team dynamic, but it ended up being really strong regardless: Our schedules rarely matched up so we never actually had the opportunity to work something out "live", but we posted information and improvements and WIPs to a Google Doc so that when the others were around, they could take a look and comment. I did nearly all the work on the final file, with maybe a second or two of input being Alyosha's once I suffered the inevitable burnout near the end of January... But there's no doubt in my mind that they contributed way more than I did in terms of pure polish and optimization. The input may be mine, but the strategy and execution mostly came from them, and the file is over 30 seconds faster than it would've been because of that. I guess what I'm trying to say is if you contributed to the file in any way, whether it be actual input or merely talking about improvements, then you deserve credit regardless. I only have one question: When's DTC6?

Currently planning it. Are people interesting in having it sooner or later? Meaning, are you guys burned out from DTC5, want to try to work on other stuff, school is busy right now, etc?

Could the best stages be hexed together? Couple of frames to gain then, right?

It's not necessarily stages either. From the Ghost encode, it looks like in some cases, that for the first half of the stage, one team was leading, and then in the second half, another team pulled ahead.
