Game objectives
Emulator used: BizHawk 2.2.2
Genre: RPG, Puzzle, Strategy
Heavy luck manipulation
Aims for fastest time
Basic Information
Used most glitches and strategies from oda: [dead link removed]
Inclued battle with SSJ Vegeta
Advanced Information
Luck manipulation: it's RNG depend everything changes ingame
Bug frames: most actions when do selection have some bug frames. Some in them can effect to game
Battle result: most results in battle (cards, attacks, defend, etc) are depend RNG, it's hard to say but most them can change by time
Avoid random battles: stop move 1 frame before meet enemies. But after avoid, the cooldown time for meet enemies will reduct until zero (mean alway meet enemies). When join any battle or scene or change map, this time will reset to start. If alway avoid random battles and not reset cooldown time, move speed will reduct 1/2 time.
Skip boss battles: not for all bosses. Hard to say. While in battle, do exactly bug frames when change and use restore KI, rader and run out items
Boost characters' BP: need do do exactly bug frames, open characters menu then open items menu
Create error card: I don't know exactly what its name. It help boost huge damge for character. Hard to say. It's a combo do select and cancel cards with do exactly bug frames
Change element error card: just select run out for change its element
Boost error card: use Chi-Chi item on error card for boost more damage
Make shorter animations: in battles, I have use RNG to make shortest animations as possible for save time.
Notes
oda did too good, very hard for find way better him. I must try alot strategies and compare frames with his TAS
Some strategies need prepare longtime before it happend. Many time I must load backup files and redo for find other way better, lost too much time
Some strategies look have little bad, because its RNG result. If want look better, pay more time
First battle when Goku come to King Kai's planet, need lose first turn for boost damage at next turn, make calculate get damage enough to do 3 turns for complete battle.
I can make Goku transformation to Super Saiyan in turn 1, but its RNG result is terrible, lost time more than my current
Funny moments
SSJ Goku (5m), SSJ Vegeta (6m) is nothing with little Gohan (9m5, just fake)
No War Just Love, let's selfie before end game
Thanks
oda, for his TAS

ThunderAxe31: Judging.
ThunderAxe31: This run takes inspiration from a movie [dead link removed] found on Nicovideo.jp, while improving it there and there; the movie length for this submission is longer due to the extra fight faced after the credits. Since there are specific in-game conditions for triggering it and beating it results in an additional ending cutscene, the goal for this run falls under the "best ending" specifics.
While this game has been only released in Japan, it must be noted that is pretty known thanks to an unofficial English patch. Also, the glitches abused in this movie are so severe that even people not familiar with the game can tell that something wrong is going on for the sake of speed. The audience response was very positive. Accepting for Moons.

I agree with grassini. Nice work. Since most of this run resembles that nicovideo's run (I watched a while ago), the last battles of this game (thanks of a "certain" glitch) were surprising. Yes vote
My homepage --Currently not much motived for TASing as before...-- But I'm still working.

explain more about why I didn't make Goku transformation to Super Saiyan in turn 1: best project: Frieza make a punch to Chiaotzu and let him die, then Goku transformation to Super Saiyan, then end turn well, save alot frames, easy sound. At real run, many problems will come need handle in RNG frames - Frieza can attacks with 2 or 3 cards in a turn. 2nd and 3rd card are random, also can have KI Attack Card - Frieza can make bonus attack, critical attack, long animation attack, etc - Frieza can target Goku for first attack or attack to both I tried many way with many times but alway failure. That's why I must redo and buy more a Grandpa Gohan card for make this current

Uh, I think the publication screenshot is streched compared to every other SNES publication. Also, shouldn't this run have the "Heavy glitch abuse" tag?

It's the resolution the game works at... somehow.
Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.
