Just installed the program and the only grayed out option in the menus is for controllers. What do I do? IS there no way to use a controller in Bizhawk? I have a Logitech F310

First you have to load a game (a rom) so that BizHawk "knows" which machine you are playing (SNES, NES, PSX, etc...). Then the option to configure the controllers for that machine will be available.

After loading the ROM, go to Config -> Controllers... then you'll can configure your buttons for the console you are playing. If you want to use a real controller connected to your PC, you don't need to do something else, just pressing buttons of your controller during your configuration for the button of the emulated controller.
