Yes, this is a real Atari 2600 game.
The goal for "I want my mommy" is to activate all the poles on each platform in order to get to the apple or mommy at the end. there are only 2 levels in this game, typical for an Atari game.
one hit can kill you, but if you grab the power up floating around you can damage through an enemy to kill it. only was able to get it for the first level.
the second platform I have to wait for an enemy to pass by, so while I'm waiting, I can take the time to activate some other poles so I dont have to go get them later.
I believe this tas is about a half second faster compared to the RTA WR, simply by climbing up the poles frame perfectly to get a slight advantage. So I dont believe this run is Trivial.

feos: Judging...
feos: Replaced the movie with a trimmed version.
feos: Indeed this movie is faster than the known RTA records. Only slightly so, but unlike the recently rejected Barbie submission, the game is not trivial to speedrun. Maybe it is trivial to play casually, even for an 8-year-old which this game targets, but for speedrunning, there are a few factors that differentiate TAS from RTA. Even with the same routing, the very gameplay requires a lot of frame perfect actions, and the fastest real-time record is approximately 46 frames behind. Given the same route and the small length of the game, I believe the loss, while small too, is still unavoidable for real-time play.
Thankfully, the ending of this game is simple: it just stops whatsoever. Accepting to Vault.
feos: Pub.

Yeah, I expected this kind of feedback for this game. Really hard to find an A2600 game that can fit the moons requirements.

Well this is embarrassing, I apparently submitted a file with some unnessisary inputs at the end. not sure how they got there but the real TAS time should be 1:12. file here: http://tasvideos.org/userfiles/info/48292185227446341

Nothing wrong with your submission. But Solaris on the Atari is an example of a game that would merit moons. ;) Anyways, thanks for the effort. I hope this gets approved so that nobody else has to do this game again!
