Yeah ive been trying to download it for like ,, 5-6-7-8months,, and its now starting to piss me of :S :( i wonder if someone else has this problem?` if not could u send it to me over Msn or ICQ ?? Altered Beast is a movie i really wont have.. I think its a pretty good game,, but Difficult,, i would very much wanna c someone kick AlteredBeasts Ass !!! PLease Someone!! Help me

Are all of those question marks and exclamation points REALLY necessary? Anyways, are you using a torrenting program to get it? Are you getting 0 kb/s download? Does it say 0 seeds? We need a lot more information.

Yes. You can play it in the Genesis emulator. Preferrably Gens. Atleast those you can find here. :) http://step.polymtl.ca/~jyzero/gens_movie_test9c.zip Simply load the rom first, make sure that it's the right version. Use goodTools (google for it GoodGen I think it's called for Sega Megadrive/Genesis) to check wether you have the right or wrong version. If you have the wrong version it's likley to cause the movie to desync and act weird, thus not completing the game.

Maybe he's just stupid and doesn't understand what we are saying. This particular movie doesn't seem to be mirrored at archive.org. Is there a rule to it?

to watch the GMV file: first, extract the zip files from the link Highness provided to 9c, the ROM (which i assume you have) and the GMV file which i and Bag of Magic Food provided all into one folder. now, run the application gens_movie_test9c and go to File > Open and find the ROM. once the ROM is opened up and the game begins playing (give it 10 seconds), go to CPU > Play Movie/Resume record from savestate. click on the top "..." (Movie File) box to retrieve the movie file from the same folder. before hitting Play Movie, make sure you have Read Only checked and Play From Start checked as well. then hit play movie and all should go well.

There's a FAQ for how to play the movies. In short: Download the modified Gens Start Gens File, Open, select Altered Beast ROM CPU, Play movie, select Altered Beast movie All in all it shouldn't take you more than 15 minutes to figure out, which is a lot less than the time to download the AVI. Good luck. If you have questions see the FAQ first.
