Submission Text Full Submission Page
Hello to all fans Sunset Riders and speedruns! Present to you my TAS on the Genesis platform! This is 1 player mode! Played for Billy Cool!
Low, lowscore, no coins, no items, pacifist (only bosses killed)!
Thank you all for watching! Hope you enjoyed it!

ThunderAxe31: Juarez, I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish by submitting the same three movies again after that they got rejected. Judgments for these movies have been already delivered with relative explanations, as you can read at the bottom of the relative submission texts (6415, 6416, 6417). Submitting the same movies again won't give a chance to have a different judgment. Submitting should be done for movies that have a chance to be accepted, otherwise it's just spam that can only bother our community members, as all new submissions are announced in real-time in our IRC channel, Discord server, and RSS feed.
If you're unsatisfied with the judgment that your movies got before, and you wish for a different outcome, you should instead try to convince the Judge that their judgment is incorrectly applying the Movie Rules or the Judge Guidelines. Then, and only if the Judge will consider your arguments reasonable, the submission will be judged again, in view of your arguments. If that isn't enough, you can also contact the Senior Judge (feos) or an Administrator.
Since these three submissions are invalid, I'm cancelling them. Next time you have a problem, don't make a new submission, but instead you should ask for help, and wait for a response before acting.

As far as I can tell, the "pacifist" submission (6416) never got rejected (although the other two did). Would pacifist be a valid branch for this game?

Highly doubt it, mostly because it doesn’t feature anything notably different compared to the regular any%

Well, except for lots of bullet dodging, and being chased by half a dozen ineffectual enemies at all times. I find it looks rather different (and funnier) than the existing run - just like how Contra or Castlevania has a pacifist branch. $.02

Contra and Castlevania offer different routing choices which is what makes those more fun to watch. A normal any% of this game could be identical to a pacifist run, it’s the same reason why Iji pacifist was rejected.

The main difference being, in Iji killing enemies is slower than dodging them (so Iji's any% run already avoids killing enemies as much as possible) whereas in Sunset Riders, killing enemies is faster than dodging them (so the any% run kills a lot).

I think it was resubmitted cause the author was on about providing their own encodes not realising the rejection message stating information for a better run? As for this one specifically it was an author cancellation with a resubmission for their own encode as they're unaware of being able to edit submission text? But that doesn't make sense since they found the cancel button. So figuratively speaking this one hasn't been judged accordingly and should be done so now?

Yes, that could be the case. Edit: actually, when Juarez cancelled the [submission= 6414]very first submission[/submission], I already wrote in this post that a submission should not be replaced by a new one, but edited.

I'd like to, but I need the author to un-cancel the original submission, as it wasn't cancelled by me. Though I was about to reject it as well.
my personal page - my YouTube channel - my GitHub - my Discord: thunderaxe31 <Masterjun> if you look at the "NES" in a weird angle, it actually clearly says "GBA"
