I have no idea what to write, it's just that basic Lights On/Off game that you play.
There's 14 levels... that's it. Ta-da~
Scraping the bottom of the barrel at the end of the year aren't we Spike?

feos: Number of clicks per level matches those produced by an online solver for this game, which means TASing it is just a matter of replicating existing solutions, so let's wait until "trivial" games are finally acceptable (we're almost there).
