There's multiple issues with your submission which prevent publication:
1. The goal is simply unacceptable under our current ruleset, which has limitations on the type of goals allowed for publication. Mainly, we generally only accept movies which actually complete the game in one form or another. Simply crashing the game is not acceptable as a possible publication goal, especially if such a movie is nothing more than a slightly different fastest completion route using ACE. Crashing the game could potentially be allowed under the Playground, but other issues prevent that:
2. As others have stated in the submission thread, this movie is suboptimal. This is immediately visible throughout the entire movie, as it would appear to be just inputs recorded in real time, without any kind of optimization work in place. Note how this movie appears to be very similar to the oldest game end glitch movie, which is unacceptably much faster than your submission. You shouldn't be losing time on existing movies, and you can use those existing movies to further understand what optimal inputs look like for a given game.
3. The movie suboptimally goes even deeper, since the movie could be improved by using the techniques of the latest game end glitch movie, to the point where you can make this movie under 0.22 seconds. Of course, this just highlights the issue of slightly modifying an existing movie which uses ACE to perform a different goal, as you simply don't provide anything significantly different with your movie (something required for movies looking to be published under the Alternative class, and why we don't allow ACE in any other Standard goal besides Fastest Completion).
Due to these reasons, this movie has to be rejected. As eien86 has stated, you can look in the Spanish section of the forums or the TASVideos Discord for advice on how to best optimize your movie in the future.
Hi. Welcome to TASvideos! This is a great start, but it's suboptimal. You can modify the original game end glitch TAS to save about a minute, but even then another two minutes can be saved by using SubNESHawk and using autofire to press buttons as fast as possible. I made a userfile to demonstrate this.

Allow me to respond in Spanish since I believe it's going to be better understood.
Hola Miolakesanto, bienvenido/a a Tasvideos.
