Mr. Bean is a platformer for the Nintendo DS in which the titular character must collect a minimum of 450 cat biscuits scattered across 9 levels in order to rescue the imprisoned Teddy.

Game objectives

  • Emulator used: Bizhawk 2.10
  • Aims to get to Teddy as quickly as possible, collecting only the necessary items
  • Takes damage to save time
  • Clips through the ceiling on level 7 (discovered by accident and haven't been able to get it to successfully work anywhere else)
  • There are 3 jigsaw puzzles that are ordinarily required to be completed to progress from stages 3 -> 4, 6 -> 7, and 9 -> Teddy. All 3 are skipped simply by entering the door to the next stage as quickly as possible (also discovered by accident)
Darkman425: Claiming for judging.
Darkman425: A mostly straightforward TAS with some well optimized movement and skips to avoid needing to do jigsaw puzzles. Nice work!

Bean. Not a very engaging TAS unfortunately but I still love seeing games like this get TASed and the TAS seems very well made from what I can tell. I gotta give you props for going through this.
