A simple twist on the DK Jr. TAS!
Objectives
- Emulator used: BizHawk 2.10 (NESHawk Core)
- Finishes 1 loop
- Touches all fruits (100%?)
- Heavy glitch abuse
- Uses easiest difficulty (Game A)
This TAS aims to drop all of the fruits in the first loop of NES Donkey Kong Jr. It is pretty similar to the Any% TAS and essentially the JR. equivalent to the Donkey Kong "All Items" run.
In the second level, there are two fruits where you must stay on them for a second so they can drop.
I pause for a second on the third level to wait for a spark enemy to move out of the way.
This movie uses the Japanese version for its glitches. Details on the glitches in this movie can be found in the submission notes for the Any% run.
Improvements
There may be improvements I didn't notice because I finished this one pretty quickly.
There is an updated version that is 5 seconds faster on the final level. Please use that one instead. You can find it in the forum topic.
