This is the 4th and final game in the Fantasy Zone series, and its gameplay and setup is very similar to that of the first. If you're not familiar with the games, a review of this one in particular is located here. I am really really bad at these games, but as noone else seems to have even heard of them and as this one in particular seems to be the only port to a rerecording console that has both the graphical style and the awesome music intact compared to the arcade originals (the US NES port of 1 and the Japanese NES port of 2 are okay, but the SMS ports are better, and all pale in comparison to the arcade) I'm considering making a test movie of this version in order to attract interest. The games are fairly short but I'll make a lot of mistakes so if anyone else wants to do it instead, please do!
someone is out there who will like you. take off your mask so they can find you faster. I support the new Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun.

Here's a quick test run of the first three levels: Youtube Movie File EDIT: Up to the final boss: Youtube Movie File Ram Addresses: 00ff11a5 - enemy 00ff1235 - enemy 00ff1205 - enemy 00ff1d9a - boss health Cross Rang - 8 damage per shot A weapon becomes more expensive each time you buy it. In my test run, the Ultra Bombs become too expensive to buy at Menone. Better weapon management would save a lot of time. EDIT 2: I redid the run with better weapon management: Youtube Movie File I think it would be faster to skip the last speed upgrade and get more weapons instead. The second boss is faster with the "back" weapon.

You do realize that the only arcade Fantasy Zone game is Fantasy Zone, right? The other two started on the SMS... not the other way around! :P The SMS FZII, though, was ported to the System-16 in Fantasy Zone II DX, if you don't know that already.
