The best achievement Saturn could do right now instead of making people not care about his posts, is to stop all his other runs and work hard on an up-to-date SM run---a run of which he possibly mentioned in his last post.
I sincerely urge him not to do so, the Powerrangers have been secretly working on an any% which we decided to make official so that people don't waste their time just to be obsoleted.

So is it both any% and RBO now?

Anything wrong with that? We are 2 people, it should work out fine.

Using the realtime route, but optimizing doors for ingame time.

23 is a certainty. Though you should not have collected the pink brinstar missile pack if aiming for realtime.

You continue to make statements like this while forgetting you've made just as many clueless claims

Except you...

Saturn, the amount of hubris, arrogance, and vanity you display is absolutely sickening. You are not God's gift to Super Metroid. You are not God's gift to TASing. You are a vain, pompous attention whore who continues to act like a prick. Get over yourself, or shut the fuck up.

Taco, Kriole, I should hope one of you makes a user page on the wiki to record the updates of your run, or contact me on MSN. I am ignoring this thread from now on

Can everyone please stop fucking talking about Saturn. We don't need all this claim counter claim shit espeacially when we're talking about narrow frames margins.
Everyone's trying to make him understand what he's doing wrong, and that's been the case for a long time. I don't think it's only of the fun of pissing another guy off for doing shit like that, but maybe to turn his mind into doing right things like he was when he TASed RBO a long way and showed his progress. But still I would like to tell everyone that the quote from JQX I posted should be followed. Like he said, it's no use.

I improved the previous one I had posted. :) http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/915210173/RedBrinstar_Fallv2.smv By using this trick, you can save more 23 frames than Cpadolf's run, probably.

Wrong. Ignoring the problem is never a solution. If a Leech is sucking on your arm, and is very stubborn and has a vice like grip, ignoring it is not going to make it go away. A more permanent solution is needed, because Saturn has been given two warnings from Bisqwit, both of which have been ignored. Going beyond that, Saturn has made easily more than 1,000 offenses in this thread alone. There is not a single SM TASer who has benefited from his arrogance and bullying. I hereby make an official request for Saturn to be banned from TASvideos.org. This site is a community, and Saturn has absolutely zero understanding of how to function in a community, and his presence does more harm than good.

Then how will we ever see his any% run? He obviously knows some really neat tricks, maybe if we keep him around he will share them in a WIP. Don't you understand ComicalFlop?!

No I don't. It has been proven time and time again that an any% run could have been published using saturn's tricks, but because his ego is so inflated, he won't stand to have a published run with someone else's name on it. A TASer who keeps things to himself, but does not produce any work to show for it does not deserve to grace our forum.

Well if the only thing that can motivate him is the strive to humiliate others then maybe he should search for other sources of inspiration. Besides, Tacos finds in Ceres are (aside from being really clever) only special because of Saturns rambling, which we could have done without in the first place. You could see it like it was because of him that the new time was realised, but you could just as well see it so that because of him many people wasted much time to find single frame saves when they could have searched for more useful tricks later in the game.

*sigh* I don't think banning Saturn, even temporarily, would be beneficial. Not that I should have any say in the matter. Though it would be rather amusing if getting booted out would cause him to actually finish one of the runs and hog the glory for himself out of spite.
Kirby said so, so it must be true. ( >'.')>

I never duked Taco's achievements onto Saturn, I just said that he motivated Taco to start doing Ceres.
