Most Western men just assume they're female (or gay) because aiming for a cute look with colorful accessories is exclusively associated with the female sex in our culture (why would any straight man want to look cute?). But this association with the female sex is just as arbitrary as associating the word tree with an actual tree. (maybe not exactly, as cute = young = more likely to be a virgin. but whatever) For an easier proof that he's male scroll to 8:30 and listen to his voice.
