The stats are so wildly variable these days that a hacked Pokemon can easily pass for a legit. I'd imagine serebii.net has a suitable stats calculator and information to play match up with, if you want to take it under a magnifying glass. Unless the moveset it came with is impossible, though, I wouldn't even bother questioning it.
