- Aim for fastest Time - Switch to NTSC - No Death - Uses Programmers Error
Adelikat wanted me to publish submit what i have done so...

adelikat: Adelikat had no prior knowledge of this movie. DMTM claimed he could beat the current published movie; to which adelikat's response was simply "submit" i.e. prove it. (which this movie fails to do)

About the NTSC Switch. Before i started this recording. I turn the emulatorn on NTSC, beacuse to get Mario 15% faster speed and inclouding lot's of more glitches. The European version has all the glitches in the Japanese and USA release of the game.
If this movie is goin' to be rejected, then is impossible to see what the fastest time is really goin' to be on this game...
Some things is possible to make it better. As always in movies. Remember, the soild wall jump on WORLD 1-2 is pointless.
And there are still more glitches to find out...

adelikat: First, it uses the combination of the E rom and NTSC speed to achieve speed the mario is not actually able to go. This against site rules. In addition, it fails to perform time saving tricks in several places. Rejecting.

I enjoyed this movie in which hands firmly gripping a shaft lead to balls deep in multiple holes.

Disapproval. The rules state that the game must be played in NTSC for U and J games, PAL for E games. This violates it.

I rather liked the video. Suboptimal, unoptimized, but if we're voting over if we enjoyed it, then yes.

I don't know what to say. So I just hold my vote. However, this movie is quite interesting.
<klmz> it reminds me of that people used to keep quoting adelikat's IRC statements in the old good days <adelikat> no doubt <adelikat> klmz, they still do

That's quite blatant cheating, and against the rules.

really i think he got confused over something else because i did it quickly in my head and: 1/6 (double wavy lines) 15% and by now most know where the 1/6 comes from when we talk about pal/ntsc

Why was this submitted again? Cuz adelikat said to? Somehow I highly doubt that, unless he happened to be experimenting with shrooms or something at the time. In any case, it's an unoptimized run that directly violates the rules. No.

It actually works in PAL (as well as NTSC) mode, although that should not change the verdict.

I showed this run to my brother, and he laughed his head off at the parts where Mario gets fireworks.
