This is on the top of the front page:
error_handler:
	errstr=Memcache::get() [memcache.get]: Server 127.0.0.1 (tcp 11211) failed with: Connection refused (111)
	errfile=/home/tasvideos/nvsite/inc/dbfun.php
	errline=16
I get the same error when I try to access any movie's page. The movie's listing is replaced by that error.

Looks like the site's having a bit too much dbfun
I make a comic with no image files and you should read it. While there is a lower class, I am in it, and while there is a criminal element I am of it, and while there is a soul in prison, I am not free. -Eugene Debs

I try reading the latest post in the OoT topic, I get this. I don't want to create a new topic for this, so I'm writing it here: http://tasvideos.org/RockmanTricks.html The Cutman's scissor part links to the River City Ransom playaround instead of the current MM1 TAS. http://tasvideos.org/SuperMarioLandTricks.html This page only lists SML1-specific tricks and glitches, yet it links to the SML2 TAS. It might be a good idea to clean this page up or make it so that it links to the SML1 run only.

I get this one often these days... It appears randomly on all pages.

No idea why it happens. It happens on this other server, not on the one that used to be.

Hi. There's a problem with the NesVideosAgent on the IRC channel. It's not reporting anything that's changed on the site, or any edits made to the forums whatsoever. This is an extreme inconvenience to folks in IRC because, they're not gonna see where their next TAS movie will be coming from!

When I go to morimoto's homepage, and click the link that goes to the movies he has here, it says there's no movies.

He has no currently published movies... try http://tasvideos.org/Movies-1up-Obs.html to see the master in action

Ahhhh, just seeing that, I remember everything! I had visited TASVideos years before I registered! Yeah, this site was named Nesvideos! 8D ...though I didn't spend time to look for Famtasia to watch any .fmv movie. XD

For some pages, the tiny menu appears as if you haven't logged in even when logged in (although you can edit them in an indirect way), such as: http://tasvideos.org/EmulatorResources/Homepages.html They all seem to be pages which have been redirected in the past.

I switched to XCache's content caching now. Memcache errors should disappear completely. I also tweaked the Media API so that loading latencies become a bit lower now, too…

For about two minutes, when I tried to enter http://tasvideos.org, it redirected me to http://www.tasvideos.org and showed me this homepage: http://i41.tinypic.com/21jvyv4.jpg Okay, maybe it doesn't fit completely in this topic but I didn't think I should create another topic...

Try without the comma at the end of the URL.

are the cache flush/reboot buttons on that cache control page accessible to everyone? I can see them and it looks like I can click on them.

:| I put the comma in that post to introduce another sentence, I obviously didn't put it in the URL when it showed me that homepage (even because I have TASvideos bookmarked and it always worked)

Every time I try to rate a movie, this message appears User not found. what's up with that? (I don't know if it's a bug, anyway...)
I am old enough to know better, but not enough to do it.

Are you logged in? If so, are you also logged in while trying to rate? Try deleting your cookies for tasvideos.org. Oh, btw: one post is very well sufficient for stuff like that.
