With BizHawk 1.4.1, the SNES core is much improved. It is a highly recommended upgrade for SNES TASing.

Runs made on Snes9x v1.43 are no longer accepted unless it has been granted prior permission, or if there is proof that the movie was done before January 1st, 2013. Snes9x v1.51 is still accepted for the time being. See this post for more details.

BizHawk now supports Nintendo 64 and Saturn. Version 1.5.1 is a highly recommended bug fix release for 1.5.0.

Opus codec has been in use for audio in "modern HQ" encodes since 2460M. Forum thread with more information, including media players supporting the codec.

BizHawk 1.6.0 has been released including official Genesis support. GenesisHawk is approved and recommended for site submissions.

The .dtm format of Dolphin and the site submisison parser have changed, to accurately time movies. This new version should be used. If you submit an older file it must be converted. Discussion here .
