Batman returns to stop Joker's insane criminal plot in 4 minutes 19 seconds.
   * Uses hard setting
   * Take damage to save time
   * Aim for fastest time
   * Recorded on VBA Re-recording v22
Re-did the run, so everything should be more optimized now. It's about 16 seconds faster than my canceled run.
Questions you guys might ask is why take damage on ninjas, ninja always can hit batman before he can hit ninja. They also deflect batarangs. Another question might be why did I wait for second stage boss to move to left side of screen, trying to hit him without getting hurt is very hard to do so I didn't have enough health to start attacking him right away. You might also ask why I used batclaw up against nothingness, I use it whenever I get chance to, because they prevent decreasing movement speed in air.
Might not be greatest run, but I find it short and sweet. Enjoy and Merry Christmas.

cpadolf: Viewer response has been good, and the gameplay was unexpectedly fast paced and diverse for a short GB run. Accepting for publication.
sgrunt: I'll take this one. Processing.

Seems like the submission poster borked again - if you edit your submission text it should fix itself. Anyway, the improvements are very visible in the form of much faster character movement (usually). This is a plus in my book, and strengthens my previous Yes vote.

I don't have much to add from my post on the previous submission. Stage 1 looks really great now. However, now that you have 2 health points at the Stage 2 boss, is it worth it to try attacking him before he gets to the left side?
Used to be a frequent submissions commenter. My new computer has had some issues running emulators, so I've been here more sporadically. Still haven't gotten around to actually TASing yet... I was going to improve Kid Dracula for GB. It seems I was beaten to it, though, with a recent awesome run by Hetfield90 and StarvinStruthers. (http://tasvideos.org/2928M.html.) Thanks to goofydylan8 for running Gargoyle's Quest 2 because I mentioned the game! (http://tasvideos.org/2001M.html) Thanks to feos and MESHUGGAH for taking up runs of Duck Tales 2 because of my old signature! Thanks also to Samsara for finishing a Treasure Master run. From the submission comments:
Shoutouts and thanks to mklip2001 for arguably being the nicest and most supportive person on the forums.

I find it hard to hit him without getting hit tho, batman bounce back if he get hit. Pin boss into left is best way to go.

Better than last time. My voting is still postponed to see if the author is going to improve it soon again.
<klmz> it reminds me of that people used to keep quoting adelikat's IRC statements in the old good days <adelikat> no doubt <adelikat> klmz, they still do

Easy yes vote. This is an entertaining game for TASing. I've been wanting to do a TAS of it every since I saw a certain person review it. If I had known the TAS would be so short, I would have done it already ;) Anyway, congrats.
It's hard to look this good. My TAS projects

I never really got the chance to view this when it was in que, but now that I have I can say that this is actually quite improvable. There are tons of tricks involving bunnyhopping & going through enemies. How come you didnt use those? If this was in the Workbench still, I would have voted No. But now that this is published, I cant really make a difference. Hope to see an improvement soon.

How can you bunnyhop in a 2D game? Anyway, if you want to see an improvement, why don't you employ the tricks that you already know of?

I cannot find any info on any of tricks on google and youtube. Can you explain how to perform these, or link to specific website?
