i'm workin on a suitless run sice a few weeks, but now i need to know, how to use x-ray climb? i want to skip the torizios, but somehow x-ray climb isn't working. see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bCIUuTW-0kc i did this: -11 frames B (run) -1 frame backwards -1 down -4 frames wait --> and the same many times i tryed it, but it didn't work. sid drewseph maybe remove this? how to get my door glich to work (it's no problem, to overwrite the changed code in the rom, but what code did he disable?) please help me guys, i putted so MUCH work on this run. i recorded more than 250,000 frames. if i can't hack this code back ore can't do it correct, i gonna kill me! this is the smv file (version 1.51) i think it's the full movie: http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/28263212/Redesign.smv ENJOY!!! if this topic is wrong here, please move it (not REmove). thanks guys!

You need to start from a crouching position. And you should do the pattern like this. Press B for one frame. Hold nothing for 11 frames. Press back for 1 frame. Hold nothing for 1 frame. Press down for 1 frame. Hold nothing for 4 frames. Repeat. Dunno if it is still in SM:R though, but I see no reason why it shouldn't (I don't think it was known as a big game breaking glitch at the point of the hacks making). sorry for wrong topic. well, hi cpadolf. --> cruching? but samus can't use x-ray-scope in crouching position. i saw an *.smv demonstration, which was done while standing ________________________________________________ if i say my run has finished, the topic can be deleted.

You can use X-ray while crouching, but not if you are forced into a crouching position (like when you spinjump into a 2 bock high gap). You must land in the door in a way that makes you stand up, and the you crouch and start doing the X-ray climb. You can't do it in a standing position, it makes no sense anyway since the entire point of the glitch is to force yourself to stand up from a crouching position.
