Galaxian

Galaxian is an arcade space shooter game created by Namco in 1979. It was the first game to feature multi-colored animated sprites, a scrolling background, and graphics to represent the number of lives and the current round. The game saw ports to many systems, including the Atari 2600 port that was released in 1983.
