I made an error in some of the Koopa sections by not grabbing the item as soon as I could

after a tiring chug through every level, I squeezed 4 and a half seconds out of this.

176 frames saved

I believe this ends inputs about 8 frames faster than the current publication.

of course I have to find more improvements as soon as it gets submitted.

So close to making an improvement, but just got screwed over by a desync in the last stage.

This is an adjusted movie file that works on console 10 total frames were added to adjust for different loading times in certian sections, including a few blank frames at the end so GBI correctly reads it into the console. It also ignores the save data creation screen that's in the publication. Posting it here for archival purposes.
