User Files from SFan

I don't plan on finishing this version. 72 rounds is waaay too much for my liking, feel free to use/complete this if you're interested. I've tested the Japanese version, it's slightly slower from different RNG. (For example, the Frygar in round 3 moves down instead of going to the left)

Completes the first 6 rounds and is ~3 seconds faster than RTA WR. Not sure if I should do 12 or 24.

This can probably be further optimized with better level routing but I did what I could considering the Mewkie (the pink cats) RNG. This movie includes the high score inputs, but the actual last input is at 34422.
