Route change needs to happen! And I hate using tasproj! Brilliant! Whatever. I can fix it. The only issue is that it might mess up the RNG for the beehive fight, which would make me literally crawl up into a ball and weep. I am not joking. Just gonna have to hope for the best

THIRTY HITS. THIRTY HITS IS HOW MUCH THE HIVE TAKES BEFORE IT DIES. MAN ALIVE THAT WAS A PAIN but the fight looks pretty cool now so we'll go with it. I have no unlocked Slime Boy, who CANNOT JUMP (MAIN SOURCE OF SPEED BTW) but he walks relatively fast so it'll do. Have to equip a book so Magic Girl can use ice attack on a waterfall so Slime Boy can walk over (because remember, he can't jump) so I can fit through a gap and fight the boss. HHRGRRRGRVRGHRGRRGHGHRGHRGGRRGGHRHGHRG everything is fine im fine im fine. Anyway I need sleep and food maybe as well.

A platformer! For the PC-FX! Only problem is it sucks. Brilliant. Surprisingly, I've made it to a place in 7.5 minutes that took the longplay half an hour! The bosses are easily the worst part. They are very much dependent on the player's input. One extra left press and the bees may just swarm you all at once, or not at all, or just be a nuisance anyway. But yeah, I feel like I'm making good progress with this one. Can't wait for this bee bossfight to be over with. The first three were jokes compared to this! And before you say "Just use the green haired dude. He's way stronger!", the bridge I cross to get to the bossfight can only be crossed with pink hair girl and her running ability, so yeah. Anyway, I am become sleepy, the goer to bed

May I present to you, the most hidden gem of all hidden gems! A smooth scrolling, fast paced time trial platformer with decent music, decent graphics, and on the WonderSwan of all things! Anyway, yeah it's the first three levels. Following the speedrun on speedrun.com, but trying to add in faster strats where I can, like in level A-1, I jump on a mine to bounce up to a part, rather than climb up and around.

Working on a few bits where it is possible to go faster. The whole item roulette thing going on and regular lag frames every 8 frames is gonna make it one annoying fix, but it may be doable

Thought I'd come back to this WIP I left hanging for a couple months. Managed to sort out the boss-fight stuff I was stuck on, along with some other improvements like maximising the amount of corner zips in the run. This file gets to the middle of 5-4 because I am once again BLOCKED BY THE FIERY WHOMP BOY!!! tbh I thought I would never get this done, but now that I'm here, it is aaaaaaaaabsolutely getting done!!! Also I played the Gamecube Adventure Island remake and it seems rather different to the original control-wise, so if my computer can run Gamecube TASing stuff, I MAY, repeat, MAY, make a TAS of that as well.

Improved on EZGames69's WIP of 1, 2 and 3. Improved it by slowing down to avoid weapons to get an extra skateboard. I have also completed World 4 with only a few, seemingly mandatory slowdowns, due to moving platforms, those thwomp-like enemies (AGAIN!!!) and those bouncing boulder enemies. The boulder enemies specifically always spawn going down a hill I have to go up, which always results in a situation where I can't jump over or go under them, so I opted to just trip through em and lose two health bar notches. Two birds and all that

One of the only Adventure Island games to not be TAS'd yet (Maybe it's the only one, I'm not sure). I've played through and loved Super Adventure Island, enjoyed New Adventure Island and decided "What the hell". It's pretty short (only 24 levels) and pretty fast. The only two things that may need work are the boss fights (which are my weakness) and the crusher enemies in the boss levels who are easily the most annoying part of the game. Only sometimes you can jump over them and not get burnt, and only sometimes can you make it over them to begin with! Hell, there's one siuation in 2-4 where there is a crusher AND a spiky mole vehicle that coincide to kill you! Had to REALLY slow down for that one (still not as much as the RTA, but it still felt horrible to do). If you have any improvements to suggest to me, PM me. Or I'll get Master Higgins to throw an axe at you
Edit: Assuming I finish this TAS (big assumption) and emulators for mobile phones cannot be made to have TASing capabilities (so sorry, Gacha wa shi Meijin no Bōken Jima and Adventure Island Quest by Takahashi Meijin), then Adventure Island: The Beginning on Wii will be the last (as far as I am aware).

A slide puzzle game featuring Joe from Joe & Mac, Dirk from Dragon's Lair and Franky from Dr Franken. It's a slide puzzle game. Joy. I was using https://alexyuisingwu.github.io/sliding-puzzle-solver/ to solve them in as few moves as possible, before I got to Level 3. Level 3 has one block fastened down, which cannot be moved, meaning I can't just use this piece of code for every puzzle. I hate slide puzzles, but I wanted to at least start this TAS to show this game with three B-list video game characters crossing over to do..... slide puzzles
