User Files for B.C.'s Quest for Tires

This is the proof that my findings on my 2.9 inputs contain a legitimate improvement. This version appends my inputs, from Stage 5 onward, to MESHUGGAH's existing 2.2.1 version.

Here is a potential improvement to BC's Quest For Tires, on the Colecovision. I would appreciate any feedback on whether this is a submit-able TAS or not.
