User Files for Rugrats: Adventures in Gameland

Improved this subtly by inserting the 3 reptar coins early, this saves time in the longterm when you have to go back to that room at the final level. Also made a rough start at the beginning of the backyard level.

(also important is that im using a clean rom now, so it's also a resync)

Just trying out TASing this new game. Dunno if I'll do this one, so someone more skilled than me could make this (either 1 player or 2 player co-op).
