User Files for Mario Forever: Community Edition

I request that this input file be replaced with the one in this #10186: OmerAras55's PC Mario Forever: Community Edition "warps" in 08:01.167 submission.

This one actually doesn't save any time compared to the previous TAS, but a few minor changes were made to make the TAS look more polished (Specifically: 1 coin that was missed in 1-2 has been collected and hit the invisible star block. Additionally, more Bullet Bills have been stomped just before the Bowser fight in 8-4, the damage taken during the Bowser fight has been removed, and efforts have been made to make the Bowser fight look better.)

Note: Rerecord count should be 31247.
