Arrow of Death Part 1 is a text adventure game for multiple microcomputer systems, including the Commodore 64 and ZX Spectrum. It is the second game in Brian Howarth's Mysterious Adventures series and the sequel to The Golden Baton. Taking place shortly after The Golden Baton, an evil spell has descended upon the kingdom, tarnishing the Golden Baton and spreading a hate plague upon the denizens. You find a dying messenger in front of you whose last words are "Magical Arrow…Destroy ZERDON..!" Your quest is now to find the pieces of the Arrow of Death and assemble them so you can destroy Zerdon.
