Saiyuuki World is a port of the arcade game Wonder Boy in Monster Land with a major graphical overhaul to make it resemble the Chinese novel Journey to the West. (Here is another port of the game.)
The authors improve on the predecessor movie by 00:04.63 seconds by using a new plan for the acquisition of props, better luck control, and better handling of various details.
