Dance Aerobics, known in Japan as Aerobics Studio, is an exercise and rhythm game developed by Human Entertainment for the NES. It is the third game in Bandai's Family Trainer series, which was designed for use with the Power Pad, a 3x4 dance mat that players step on to perform various activities.
The game features three primary modes: workout sessions in Dance Aerobics, music-based activities in Pad Antics, and timed workouts in Aerobic Studios. One of the minigames in Pad Antics is Ditto: the screen shows a power-pad with hand and foot symbols on it that change locations, and the player must do their best to match them—essentially digital Twister.
Watch as DrD2k9 perfectly matches each pattern in the Ditto game mode.
